At JKW Textiles, we specialize in customized fabric production and bulk textile solutions. Due to the nature of our products—especially customized designs, dyeing, and printing processes—we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order has been processed or delivered.
No Return & Refund Policy
Since most of our products are made-to-order and customized as per client requirements, we do not accept returns or cancellations after order confirmation. We request all customers to carefully review their design, fabric selection, and order details before final approval.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inform us within 3–5 days of delivery. Kindly share clear photos/videos of the issue along with your order details. Our team will review the concern and provide a suitable resolution, which may include replacement or correction.
Sampling & Approval
We strongly recommend approving samples or digital previews before bulk production. Once the sample/design is approved, we proceed with production, and no refunds will be applicable based on design expectations.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before the production process begins. Once production, dyeing, or printing has started, cancellation and refunds will not be possible.
